Hey Tim just got your email about this site, registered and want to introduce myself. I'm Doug and live in Florida. I've been in the automotive field for 30 years. Currently I work for a local municipality on police cars. I have worked on a few collector cars and even on the pit crew for a guy that raced in the vintage race circuit. I look forward to sharing info about cars and making a few friends. Edited by Doug on 25-02-2009 23:18 Doug |

Hi Doug, Glad you signed up! (Shakes Hands) After we started the "Free Shop Manual club" i got so many nice letters from everyone i thought this site would be fun for all. I will be posting a lot more here over time I have met a lot of great people from all over the world who share a love for old cars over the past 4 years at my website www.carburetor-ma... and thought it would be fun to try to bring everyone together here. I hope all 469 members we have so far join us here also posting photos of their Cars & Motorcycles and swapping tech info with each other. |

Kumusta Tim! You have created a very nice web page, actually several! How the heck do you find the time to do all of this, run your business and take such good care of your beautiful family? Hope to see you soon, drink some rhum and talk cars on the beach! We just completed some finishing touches on another '66 Mustang convertible restoration so I'm outta here! Take care! Al |

Hi Al, Its good to see you made it over here and posted, why don't you post some photos of this car you mention here when you have the time? here are some Photos of another Mustang project car Al did. http://carburetor...-a-60.html I met Al a few years back online and we have kept in touch over the years, he and his wife Tammy will be traveling to Thailand this month and plans to head over to the Philippines awhile also to visit, I have plans to show them around the islands some and introduce him to the local "Tanduay Rhum" Sounds like fun! |
